Mornington Peninsula SIG is in recess from 1st July 2023: Details below!
Due to the lack of numbers at our meetings, in Person or Virtually,
we have reluctantly decided to “give it a rest” for a while!
The MelbPC Committee have agreed to store our equipment & other resources in the Warrigal Rd building until 1st July 2025 to allow for a future re-launching.
We will try to keep the Webpage going as a focal point & you are welcome to contact us via email:
via the main office: <office@melbpc.org.au>
or: <peninsula@melbpc.org.au>
In the meantime MelbPC members in the Mornington Peninsula area & immediate surrounds are encouraged to join other SIGs. Details & contacts can be found on the main website:
https://www.melbpc.org.au/sig-club-members/
Most SIGs are now offering “Zoom” participation if you can’t attend in person.
It’s a good way to get help, pursue your interest in Computing & also to make new friendships with common interests.
We hope that a sufficient number of people will at some future date breathe the “kiss of life” back into the SIG – whether the point of interest be in a general Computer/Tablet/Phone/IT topic or a specialised aspect such as Family History, or Robotics.
Please don’t hesitate to contact us or the office if you would like to discuss this prospect.
