Dial Help
For Complimentary support to vendors, Dial Help is a second-level of help, on computer issues, of a more in-depth specialist nature. The service is for members, by telephone, provided by MelbPC specialist volunteer members. Please check your query with iHelp before contacting Dial Help.
Dial Help Volunteers offer detailed knowledge of particular Hardware or Software. If your problem relates to one of the Categories below, members only may telephone the relevant Volunteer for specific advice. Where only an email address is provided, send your query with phone number to that address and the contact will ring you at a convenient time.
